Formerly a concentration camp and extermination facility, the Auschwitz-Birkenau complex is a grim reminder of Nazi terror and the holocaust. The "death factory" with its infamous crematoria, Auschwitz (now the Museum of Martyrdom) consists of brick barracks containing the personal belongings of victims - hair, shoes, glasses. The visit includes a tour to the wooden barracks and gas chambers in Birkenau.

After walking through the gate with the chilling inscription, Arbeit macht frei (Work sets one free), follow in the footsteps of prisoners for over half a century ago and learn about the origins of the camp, its history and the everyday life of the its prisoners. The Auschwitz-Birkenau complex was established in 1940 with over 1.5 million Jews, Poles, Italians and Frenchman died throughout its 5 years of operation.

Enter the museum, founded in 1947 combining the area of Auschwitz I and Auschwitz II, and sight the well-preserved roads, fences, watchtowers, railway ramps and many more. Get a chance to see the museum's impressive collection of original exhibits and documents.

If you are unable to provide dates for the second activity, you can refer to your voucher for instructions on how to do so. Reservations must be placed before 31 May, 2017.
- Children below 5 years old are free of charge.
- Starting 01 May 2017, the Wawel Castle tour will no longer include entrance to Leonardo da Vinci's "Lady with an Ermine" exhibition. It will be replaced with Wawel Cathedral Entry and Royal Armory and Treasury.
- Auschwitz-Birkenau - Eating and smoking, as well as taking photographs inside the buildings and acting in a disruptive manner are forbidden at the site.
- The maximum size of bags guests can carry into Auschwitz-Birkenau is 30x20x10 centimeters in dimension.
